Return Policy

 
If you want to return an item, we'll happily stand by our products and provide the requested refund within the first 30 days from original date of the order.
 
 A refund will be issued for unwashed/unworn clothing and products. 
 
 Refunds will be issued by original payment method.  Please note that credits  usually take from 1 to 3 weeks for the credit card companies to process,   however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). 
 
In addition, some exceptions to the return, exchange and price adjustment policies may apply towards special prices, promotions and sales, including clearance sales. Embroidery items are special customized orders, with choices of embroidery style. We can not refund or exchange. It is important to check your size choice, logo choice and state before placing order.
 

Return Procedures:

Please read our return procedures carefully before returning any merchandise.

Whether you are returning merchandise for credit, refund or exchange, the following steps must be followed in order to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible:

Step 1:   Please be sure to contact CAST and CREW Store.com within 30 days of the date of purchase for a Return Authorization number.

Step 2:   Make sure the Return Authorization number, or RA, is boldly marked on the outside of the package, along with your return address for quickest, most efficient turnaround.

Note: Shipments Returned Without R A Numbers Will be Refused!

Step 3:   Properly package or box all returns to prevent damage. Usually it is safest to return the merchandise in it's original packaging. We also recommend you use a shipping company that will track your package in case it is lost. Purchase insurance for more expensive merchandise.

Step 4:   Please be certain that the "Ship To Address" on your package is clear and legible! Processing your request can take one to four weeks upon receiving your return.

 

Exchange Policy

CAST and CREW Store.com guarantees it's clothing to be free from damage or manufacturer defect for the first 30 days from date of order as long as you follow our care instructions. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will happily exchange the unwashed/unworn item for the same item at no cost. If you change your mind and decide you don't want a particular item, CAST and CREW is happy to exchange the item.
